Who We Are
i-DNS.net is the leading provider of technology that enables people to navigate the Internet in any language.
What We Do
i-DNS.net provides the gateway - multilingual domain names - that allows non-English speaking consumers and businesses
to enter the Internet economy on their own terms, in their own languages. By deploying our technology on a global scale
and championing the use of multilingual domain names, i-DNS.net seeks to bridge the digital divide that has resulted
from language barriers on the Internet.
What Sets Us Apart
Our technology supports over 59 languages, including those that are read and written from the right to the left.
i-DNS.net's technology is non-invasive, user- and administrator-friendly, fully compatible with Internet browsers, and
operates seamlessly with the Internet's current domain name system.
Who Works with Us
i-DNS.net works with accredited, reputable registrars around the globe to promote and register multilingual domain
names. i-DNS.net also works with global registries to enable multilingual domain name support on their systems.
Where We Began
i-DNS.net is the outgrowth of a two-year research and development project conducted at the National University of
Singapore under the auspices of the Asia Pacific Networking Group (APNG).
Where We Are
i-DNS.net currently provides local language domain name registration services across the globe in more than 20 different
languages through registrar partners.
Where We're Going
i-DNS.net's goal is to share its technology with government bodies, local Internet authorities, Internet Service
Providers and businesses located in every country. In addition, i-DNS.net works with Internet standardization bodies to
spearhead the global adoption of multilingual domain name systems.
